Nova-Alk BTV

Nova Alk BTV is a low-foam high caustic detergent powder, suitable for use in CIP and HTST systems of the food industry. Based on our new age detergent technology, Nova Alk BTV is formulated to clean tanks, equipment and pipes from fats, carbohydrates, proteins, burn-on etc; the product is ideal for the cleaning of milk pasteurizers and excellent for use in fruit processing plants for the removal of organic materials such as fruit fibres, sugars, pectin and acid residues. Nova Alk BTV is free rinsing and formulated to be used on its own or in combination with booster BTV ACTIVATOR as a two component cleaner for use in applications that require extreme deep cleaning, like the decarbonising of process equipment such as fryers and heat exchangers.
